You may read and download the content of this site for your own use. You may not reproduce it commercially without the owner's written permission.

The owner accepts no liability for damage arising from use of the site other than as intended.

Prices and contracting

Published prices exclude VAT and serve as a reference. The firm price, the scope and the delivery date get fixed in the scope document you receive before work starts.

This site processes no payments. Payment happens off the website by bank transfer or Bizum, once the work is delivered and approved.

Satisfaction guarantee

If the delivered work does not satisfy you, you do not pay and no invoice gets issued. This guarantee covers the scope agreed in writing. It does not cover work already approved and invoiced, nor third-party costs you contracted in your own name, such as domains or hosting.

Intellectual property

The code, text and designs delivered to you become yours once the work is paid for. Third-party components keep their original licence.

Trademarks and logos on this site belong to their respective owners.

Governing law

These terms fall under Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts of the consumer's domicile where the consumer qualifies as such.
